Noma Namuhla Trading and Projects (Pty) Ltd provides various mining and material handling equipment to organisations that serves the mining industries. Again, we meet international standards by fabricating various items for National and International clients. Our skilled technicians are on standby to attend to various conditions that cause downtime in the mining process. Our efficiency means any breakdown that we attend to is resolved in the quickest possible time with the repair providing sound performance in the long run.
We also provide an engine block reconditioning programme to the most truck tractors and plant companies in Africa. Included in this service is an optical alignment measurement to determine which bearing pockets require refurbishing utilising our High Technology welding process and subsequent line boring on 8, 10, 12 and 16 cylinder engine blocks.
We also repair the mating faces and refurbish the threaded holes in the engine blocks. Other repairs specific to the condition of the engine block are undertaken to the customer’s specification, i.e: oil feeder pipes, side wall damage, cam shaft seats and grooves, etc.
Our workshop is equipped with a wide variety of cutting machines, which allows for flexible and professionally qualified fabricating. Machines and production equipment are often utilized to their capacity limits. In the event of damage, the problem of having to acquire spare parts can arise. As an alternative solution, we can offer you the rapid manufacture of replacement parts based on samples or sketches. We also fabricate components in the repair process to avoid writing off costly machine parts.
