Name: Nomavuso Patience Mnxasana
Position: Chief Executive Officer
Nomavuso is a Chartered Accountant, having obtained her B Compt and Hons from the University of South Africa. She received her training from Delloitte and Touch. After completing her articles she spent one year at Delloitte before joining Sizwe Ntsaluba vsp (former Nkonki Sizwe Ntsaluba). During her tenure at Sizwe Ntsaluba she was specializing in consulting, internal auditing and attests function. She started the Corporate Governance division which housed the internal audit services, as she identified this opportunity during the introduction of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). She was also involved in staff development and training as a staff partner for five years. Some of her major clients included, Eskom, SAA, MTN and Sentech. She left Sizwe Ntsaluba as a senior partner and a member of the executive committee in 2006 to join Imperial Group as Group Audit and Risk Executive. Imperial Group is an international diversified group with seven major divisions; Car Rental, Motor Division, AMH, Logistics, Insurance, Aviation and Leasing.
She successfully implemented risk management in the group both locally and internationally, as a result she obtained a good understanding of the various industries within which Imperial Group operates. Having recognised the shortage of black qualified Chartered Accountants in South Africa she introduced Training outside Public Practice (TOPP) within Imperial Group.
When she left the group she had eleven TOPP Trainees which are spread across the group and continued to assist Imperial Group on consulting basis for six months to ensure they receive adequate training. She was appointed to serve on the board of Imperial Bank until the bank surrendered its banking license in September 2010. Other board memberships include, AIH, Pareto, and Nedbank, JSE, Arcelor Mittal and some dormant investee companies.
She is the founder and CEO of Noma Namuhla Trading and Projects (Pty) Ltd, a company that manufactures and supplies conveyor rollers and frames. The company has a division that offers specialised services such as procurement of goods and services for customers; advisory service in risk management; auditing etc.
Name: Nico De Lange (Consulting)
Position: Production Engineer
Mr. De Lange comes with vast experience in the electro mechanical engineering field and previously involved in several fields as follows:
Technician fitting and machining approx. 8 years –
Apprentice training electro technical 3 years –
Line management eclectic locomotives 2 years (Transnet) –
Bulk Materials Handlings Maintenance Management 3 years (Port Elizabeth, Manganese Export Plant) –
Electro Technical Engineering, staff and project management, production/quality control general, 6 years. (Transnet) Involved with several Bulk Materials handlings projects since 1995 and was one of the designs winning team, DISA award 2005.
He was also C.E.O of Insert Hydraulic Engineering, CEO of RSND Engineering, Director of Conveyor Logistics and PDT Engineering. With previous successes and well known contacts in the industry, he will help to get the right products delivered to the customer at the right time. He will always be available to assist the sales team in any technical enquires, as for product installation education.
Name: Thabane Mhlongo
Position: Sales Representative
Mr. Thabane Mhlongo started at Noma Namuhla Trading and Projects in 2014 as a workshop supervisor and was later appointed as a Sales Representative which was influenced by his product knowledge
Between 2012 and 2014, he was a Managing Director of Njomane United Projects conveyor manufacturing business, until he joined Noma Namuhla Trading (Pty) Ltd.
Between 2007 and 2012, he worked for Freeway Hand Railing in charge of conveyor equipment manufacturing division and was later promoted to Production and Qualifying Inspector for the whole company.
There are currently less than 15 fulltime employees of Noma Namuhla Trading and Projects (Pty) Ltd. Each member of the Noma Namuhla Trading and Projects (Pty) Ltd team is highly valued, everyone is expected to have an opinions, as it is a team that will make this company excel. Name: Buhle Ncapai
Position: Manager - Support Services
Our support services manager Mr Buhle Ncapai, started working at Noma Namuhla Trading & Project (Pty) Ltd as an Accounting Officer in 2017. Due to his diligence, confidence and excellent service delivery, he was later appointed as the Support Services Manager. As an individual, Buhle is passionate and committed. His vision is to build a good customer relationship, as well as explore business opportunities in new market-places. As part of his portfolio, Buhle has explored business expansion opportunities on existing quality clients. In addition, he has conducted detailed financial needs analysis and provided professional advice.
In 2013 Buhle obtained a National Diploma in Management, majoring in Financial Management at Nelson Mandela University. Between 2014 and 2015, he worked for Old Mutual Group Scheme as a Financial Advisor.
